Acceptable file types
High Resolution PDF, Corel Draw 11, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
TIFF, JPG, BMP (300dpi)
EPS (Encapsulated Postscript). If your EPS contains type, make sure you copy all fonts used to the disk or convert all type to curves.
Information on fonts
Supply all fonts and images used in your artwork. This includes fonts in attached files (eg: logos / illustrations) and images (300dpi or hi res).
Convert fonts to curves (eg: Illustrator or Corel Draw). For Quark files, print to Post Script and convert to PDF (Acrobat) and open and save as tiff/eps. Use LZW Compression in preference to a jpeg.

The fonts you wish to use can be copied directly to disk or emailed to us for use. If fonts are not supplied and we do not have your requested font on file, we will use an alternative, however we take no responsibility for the suitability of the font unless an artwork fee has been added to the invoice.
Supplied files and artwork
BannersRus Australia operates on a Windows platform and all digital files should be sent on a PC formatted CD or uploaded). Some Macintosh files can be accepted, however, we cannot accept Macintosh fonts as they do not transfer.
We can print directly from pdf file please allow bleeds in you art work.
Any artwork sent should be accompanied by a low res jpeg image, more so if sending pdfs, eps or corel files as components can drop out.
When sending scanned or photo images a 1mb jpeg or better should be ok, 30mb+ tiff for optimum quality. If it is a vector file, use Pantone colours and convert all fonts to outlines. If artwork is not ready to run, ie: inclusions or amendments are required, an artwork charge will apply.
Important Note: BannersRus Australia is not responsible for a client's file construction or software usage. Liability is limited to output only. If BannersRus Australia is responsible for an output flaw, the job will be re-printed without charge. The re-printing of corrected work is chargeable.
Printing
It is the clients' responsibility to check the job for accuracy PRIOR to approving the job to print. This includes all spelling.
Labour
Normal output services include opening files and selecting print specifications in preparation for printing. Excessive preparation, such as: changes to job structure, fixing problem files and finding unlisted fonts, are billable.
Rush Charge
Rush jobs incur a nominal 50% surcharge. The size of the job and time frame may vary the surcharge applied - consult personnel for advice.
Copyright
The customer accepts (as a condition of processing their work) that in the event of any breach of copyright they indemnify BannersRus Australia against any and all losses resulting from such work. The responsibility of copyright/s for files / images / materials submitted for graphic services and / or output is that of the client.
